Sales system, 34 online auctions for the sublease of state lands within the framework of the "Land Bank" program were held during the week for the amount of UAH 37.3 million (+ UAH 7.4 million VAT).Lots were presented in Sumy, Kharkiv, Kirovohrad, Odesa, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Zakarpattia and Mykolaiv regions. The total area of the presented lands is 2890 hectares.The total number of offers from participants is 122. The average cost of sublease per 1 hectare is UAH 12,898. The cost of all land plots increased by 3.5 times.The largest and most expensive lot of the week is a land plot in Mykolaiv region with an area of 1120 hectares. 5 participants competed for it. Its starting price has increased to UAH 11.2 million. The price per hectare of this plot is UAH 10,074.
