Ukrainian producers continue to look for new opportunities for exporting their products. Currently, the State Service for Food and Consumer Protection is already working on Ukraine’s entry into 31 new markets that may become promising for Ukrainian enterprises.It is also known that in 2024, Ukraine managed to open access for Ukrainian enterprises to 16 new export markets.In 2024, 22 Ukrainian producers received permission to export to the European Union. It is known that 12 of them specialize in poultry meat and poultry products, 3 are engaged in fish processing, and another 5 are engaged in milk processing.
Last year, re-accreditation took place for honey exporters: 28 Ukrainian enterprises now have the right to supply their products to the EU.
In addition, in the same 2024, 39 Ukrainian companies were given the opportunity to export inedible products of animal origin: 8 of them were included in the relevant register for the first time, and the rest expanded their range and geography of supplies.It is noted that Ukrainian manufacturers are increasingly focusing on the markets of Africa, the Middle East and China.It is expected that in 2025, Ukraine will open no fewer new export markets than in 2024. Today, Ukrainian companies have access to 364 trade directions, and this figure continues to grow.
