On an area of 11 hectares, it is planned to accommodate enterprises for the processing of agricultural raw materials, the production of food products, the manufacture of packaging, as well as warehouse complexes, research centers, laboratories, logistics infrastructure and retail facilities.The total investment in the project is estimated at 1.65 billion hryvnias.At the first stage, the VITAGRO group will invest 127 million hryvnias of its own funds in preparatory and land works, design, connection to networks and infrastructure preparation of the territory.
In the future, VITAGRO plans to invest about $ 35 million in ABCHub.The first stage of construction work will begin in the second half of 2025, and the launch of the industrial park's production lines is expected by the end of 2028.According to project calculations, at least 350 new jobs will be created on the basis of the park. About 300 of them will be occupied by specialists from production enterprises, the rest by administrative personnel. The salary level is planned to be 30–45% higher than the regional average.A significant economic effect is expected in the first years of operation: the annual gross domestic product of ABCHub will be from 6.9 billion hryvnias in 2027 to 13.7 billion hryvnias in 2033. Thanks to this, more than 13 million hryvnias will be received by local budgets every year in the form of personal income tax, single social contribution and military levy.
