There were no significant changes in the price of sunflower on the oilseeds market. Trading activity gradually decreased due to the reduction in demand for sunflower oil for export and the transition of individual processors to the preparation of the rapeseed season. In the soybean segment, downward price dynamics prevailed, due to a sufficient level of supply, built-up stocks at processors, and pressure from the decline in the price of soybean oil on foreign markets.
Foreign Market (Chicago)
On June 2, soybean futures came under pressure due to a new round of trade tensions between the US and China. Corn also fell, while wheat ended the day with an increase.
Foreign Market (Euronext)
On the European platform, wheat repeated the dynamics of American futures - the growth was restrained due to positive forecasted yields and reduced buyer activity.
