In Podolsk, an eco-industrial park "Pivdenny" will be created on an area of over 37 hectares. The project envisages the creation of up to 1,500 jobs and attracting $83 million in investments.
The main areas are the production of food products, metal products, furniture, machinery and equipment, as well as scientific and technical activities. The park's management company is LLC "Eco Solutions"."Pivdenny" became the 14th industrial park registered in 2025, and in total there are already 105 such parks in Ukraine. In August alone, the government registered six new ones, which will allow creating over 5 thousand jobs.
