The Ukrainian network of gas stations UPG has announced the launch of 34 new stations in Kyiv and the region. This is the company’s largest single-stage expansion in the region.UPG announced this in a press release.The new stations are located on the basis of facilities that previously operated under the ANP and Avias brands. According to the company, the opening made it possible to create more than 450 jobs in the capital and the region. It is expected that by the end of 2025 this will provide about UAH 100 million in tax revenues.UPG noted that the expansion in the Kyiv region is the first stage of their development strategy. In the coming years, the company plans to open another 185 gas stations in eight regions of Ukraine.Earlier, the AIN press service reported that gas stations will be leased in Odessa, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Lviv and Zaporizhia regions.
The company also noted that as of September 4, UPG had 289 gas stations:
87 gas stations owned by PE "Ukrpaletsystem";
34 are leased in the Kyiv region;
93 are leased in Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Poltava and Zaporizhia regions;
75 gas stations will be leased by UPG by decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine dated September 4, 2025.
On September 25, the company received permission to lease another 17 gas stations. In addition, the company has already begun the restoration of 21 gas stations that were previously leased. They are planned to open in October.Thus, the brand has 306 gas stations across Ukraine.
