In November 2025, the total volume of the passenger electric car segment in Ukraine reached 13.5 thousand cars. This is 2.3% less than in October, but 143.8% more than in November 2024. This is reported by Delo.ua with reference to analysts of the Institute for Automotive Market Research.The largest share of the market was occupied by imported used electric cars - 56.1%, or 7,569 cars.
New electric cars became the second largest in terms of volume for the first time. In November, 3,154 new BEVs were registered, which is 23.4% of the total volume and became a record - for the first time the mark of 3 thousand registrations per month was exceeded. Domestic resale of used electric vehicles in November decreased by 19.3% compared to October, but in annual terms showed an increase of 50.6%.Imports of used electric vehicles decreased by 4.6% compared to the previous month, while increasing by 170.4% compared to November last year.Imports of new electric vehicles, on the contrary, showed significant growth: plus 28.9% by October and as much as 252% in annual terms.
