Since the beginning of the 2024/2025 marketing year, Ukraine has exported 21.5 million tons of grains and legumes. This was reported by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, citing data from the State Customs Service.
As of January 1, 2025, the grain export breakdown was as follows:
- Wheat – 9.694 million tons (compared to 7.368 million tons last year),
- Barley – 1.968 million tons (1.067 million tons last year),
- Rye – 10.8 thousand tons (1 thousand tons),
- Corn – 9.519 million tons (9.356 million tons).
Additionally, during this period, Ukraine exported 37.2 thousand tons of flour, which is less than last year when the export was 58.2 thousand tons.
