Ukraine, together with countries of the Carpathian region, has assembled a large-scale investment portfolio valued at over €40 billion. It comprises nearly 100 projects, 55 of which are Ukrainian.
Following the Carpathian 8 Summit, which concluded on September 19, the parties also reached investment, financial, and trade agreements worth more than €1 billion.
The Ukrainian projects span energy, industry, transport and logistics, the agri-food sector, infrastructure, construction, and the production of building materials. The initiatives presented include solar power generation, energy storage systems, logistics hubs, agricultural processing, electric bus manufacturing, and a new flat glass production facility.
Approximately 1,400 representatives from 25 countries—including around 500 companies—participated in the summit.
