Business has been issued the first 0% loan for energy equipment

The first preferential loan at 0% per annum for businesses to purchase energy equipment has been issued in Ukraine. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.According to her, businesses are actively using a new opportunity to strengthen their energy independence. In total, 306 applications have already been submitted to 16 banks for a total amount of 384 million hryvnias.
Preferential financing under the program "Affordable Loans 5–7–9" is available to individuals - entrepreneurs and legal entities of micro, small and medium-sized businesses.
The loan amount is up to 10 million hryvnias for a term of up to 3 years.
The funds received can be used to purchase generation equipment, in particular gas turbine, gas piston and biogas plants, as well as diesel, gasoline and gas generators.
Currently, 17 partner banks are already working with energy loans, other banks are gradually joining the program. Applications for preferential lending are considered as a priority.
