Ukrainian companies continue to actively implement artificial intelligence in their work. Today, this is not limited to chatbots, but affects various business processes. Smart technologies are turning into full-fledged team members.
In the field of logistics and passenger transportation, AI optimizes both the user experience and internal operational activities. In particular, in the application of the online car call service Uklon, its own routing models (ETA) predict traffic jams, and AI analysis of comments automatically recognizes the need for additional services (for example, the presence of luggage or a pet). This made it possible to double the share of additional options used, reduce the time for placing an order, and increase the level of order acceptance by drivers by 5%.
In the Uklon support service, AI transcription and call analysis allow you to automatically reject up to 70% of irrelevant or erroneous calls, saving 350 hours of work per month. In addition, special AI agents help the team write and check the code, and an internal Slack bot advises employees on corporate routine issues.
In telecommunications and retail, neural networks are actively integrated into customer service. Vodafone Ukraine is currently implementing algorithms in the customer service part and the daily work of each employee. The Epicenter network has already transferred the processing of about 30% of customer calls to the AI assistant, while simultaneously using the technology in marketing to personalize advertising and generate creatives.
In the financial sector, monobank has gone the way of automating routine operations: the system creates IBAN payments directly from screenshots and files. The algorithm has performed over 600,000 recognitions, with a 90% conversion rate for payments without corrections. The bank also employs an AI agent to generate ad texts on the "monobazaar".
At the same time, AI is penetrating physical production and the service sector. In particular, the MHP agroholding has implemented the DMMP system, which analyzes data and provides recommendations for configuring meat processing equipment. Another algorithm of the company (SMART TA) has automated poultry farming, independently managing the parameters of its maintenance. Meanwhile, in the hotel business, Ribas Hotels Group has entrusted AI with the formation of regular reporting, sorting the potential customer base and assessing the effectiveness of managers. Directly in the chain's hotels, algorithms monitor compliance with standards through the analysis of photos, videos and employee communication in CRM systems.
