According to the updated NBU forecast, inflation will increase in the coming months, but will start declining from mid-year. At the end of 2025, it will be 8.4%, and by the end of 2026, it will return to the NBU target of 5%. Real GDP will increase by 3.6% this year, and in the next two years, economic growth will accelerate to about 4% per year.The base scenario of the NBU forecast is based on assumptions about maintaining sufficient international support and gradual normalization of the conditions for the functioning of the economy, which, in particular, will contribute to the partial return of forced migrants and increased investment.
