Ukrainian producers are actively expanding their export opportunities. According to the management of the State Service for Food and Consumer Protection, in 2024 Ukraine managed to open access to 16 new markets, and work is currently underway to enter 31 promising markets. Particular attention is paid to the markets of Africa, the Middle East and China, which is due to quotas for certain groups of goods in the EU, but the European direction remains strategically important. Today, Ukrainian enterprises have access to 364 trade directions, and this figure continues to grow. It is expected that in 2025 Ukraine will open no fewer new export markets than in 2024, which will significantly increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian producers on the world stage.
