The park will be located in the village of Kobolchyn, Sokyrianska urban territorial community, Dnistrovsky district, Chernivtsi region.
The area of the industrial park will be 10.5043 hectares. According to preliminary estimates, its operation will allow creating about 540 new jobs. The initiator of the creation is the limited liability company "Fruit Industry".
The main areas of activity of the park include industrial processing of fruit and berry products, production of other food products, alternative energy, scientific and technical activities, as well as activities in the field of information and telecommunications.
It is important that the implementation of the project will not require direct costs from the state or local budgets. At the same time, the possibility of attracting funds from the state budget is provided for the arrangement of the necessary engineering infrastructure.
It is expected that the implementation of the project will contribute to the development of the region, attracting investments, creating jobs and increasing the export potential of the agro-processing and food industries.
