In the Prozorro.Sales system, from April 21 to 25, 32 online auctions for the sublease of state lands within the framework of the "Land Bank" program were held for the amount of UAH 93.6 million (+ UAH 18.7 million VAT).This was reported by the Ministry of Agriculture.The lots were presented in Kirovohrad, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Mykolaiv, Kyiv and Kharkiv regions.
The total area of the presented lands is 5,613.8 hectares.The number of offers from participants is 115. The average cost of sublease per 1 hectare is UAH 16,679. The cost of all land plots increased 5 times.This week was marked by the third re-bidding of the largest lot of the "Land Bank" - a "diamond" with an area of almost 4,000 hectares in the Kirovohrad region. Its initial bid of 13.7 million UAH increased 5 times to 65.5 million UAH. 8 participants competed for the plot, and the winner was an agricultural enterprise that fought all three times for the chance to use this plot for 14 years.
