In addition to the first EUR 200 million agreement with Ukraine, France is creating another EUR 200 million fund to support reconstruction and integration projects with the European market.
The new fund will operate on a slightly different principle: part of the funds will come from the French budget, part will be co-financed, for example, by funds from Ukrainian state or private companies, international partners, foreign funds and governments. The projects will also be implemented in partnership with French and Ukrainian businesses.
