The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has launched a strategic partnership with the world leader in the field of voice technologies of artificial intelligence - the company ElevenLabs. The goal of the cooperation is to integrate voice support based on artificial intelligence (AI) into government services, and, thereby, simplify the interaction of citizens with the state. This was reported by the press service of the digital department.According to the First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, Ukraine is moving towards the format of an “agent state”, where bureaucracy is minimized. The new partnership with ElevenLabs will allow integrating voice assistants into key government services:The portal and application “Diya”. For the first time, Ukrainians will have the opportunity to voice requests and receive government services by voice. This will turn “Diya” into a full-fledged AI-assistant that will work around the clock.Educational platforms. Voice AI will be implemented in state educational applications - this will increase the accessibility and convenience of learning.
Internal tools of the Ministry of Digital Economy. The technology will be used for AI-assistants in onboarding and HR teams, optimizing internal processes.
Fedorov emphasized that the partnership has already brought the first product - the creation of a digital twin.
