The focus was on the development of “green” skills for the sustainable recovery of Ukraine, unlocking the potential of infrastructure projects in training workers and finding solutions to strengthen the human resources potential of the industry.The second block of the event — “Recovery through skills: synergy of infrastructure and training in EBRD projects” — was moderated by Serhiy Mamedov, Chairman of the Board of Globus Bank, Chairman of the CBU Committee on Financial, Banking and Investment Activities, Vice President of the Association of Ukrainian Banks.During the discussion, the EBRD, together with the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine and the Skills4Recovery initiative, presented the pilot program “Bridging Skills for Construction” - a training initiative that combines practical training at workplaces with theoretical training in vocational education institutions.
