It is noted that the department is implementing 9 pilot projects, in particular:a project on conducting state registration of marriage in electronic form (from August 2024 - for two years);
a project on recruiting citizens of Ukraine in electronic form (from October 2024 - for two years);
a project on introducing a comprehensive electronic public service to provide state support to military personnel, persons discharged from military service, and members of their families (for two years);
a project on organizing a study of high-tech means using the Sandbox method (from October 2024 - for two years);
project on certification of schools for external pilots (operators) of unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned aviation complexes and training of external pilots (operators), external pilots (operators) - instructors, as well as members of external crews of unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned aviation complexes (from October 2024 - for two years);
project on implementation and ensuring the functioning of the electronic system for supporting entrepreneurship "Online Cabinet of the Entrepreneur" (from June 2025 - for two years);
project on using the tools of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services for employment (from May 2025 - for two years);
project on conducting state registration of divorce in electronic form (within two years);
a project on the formation and use of electronic identity certificates and electronic attribute certificates using a digital identification wallet as a functionality of the mobile application of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services ("Diya") (from June 2025 - for two years).
Recall that the first state service using artificial intelligence for automatic preliminary verification of documents has been launched in Ukraine. This is about issuing a veterinary license in the "eDozvil" system.
