The Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine for European Integration Oleksandr Bornyakov and the Deputy Minister for Digital Governance Zoryana Stetsyuk met with a delegation of the Committee on European Affairs of the National Council of the Slovak Republic. The Ministry of Digital Transformation reported on the expansion of cooperation with Slovakia in the field of AI and digital services. Slovakia is interested in the Ukrainian experience of digitalization, the implementation of a national AI strategy, the development of digital services and the coordination of the work of state institutions to improve the convenience of citizens.
Among the specific areas of cooperation:
the implementation of electronic services;
the development of artificial intelligence in public administration;
improving cybersecurity.
Earlier, the Ministry of Digital Transformation signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Ministry of Defense of Norway. The agencies announced the start of a technological partnership in the development of defense innovations. The Brave-Norway program is planned to be launched by the end of 2025. Its preliminary budget is €20 million: €10 million each from Ukraine and Norway.
