During January 2026, Ukraine imported goods worth $6.7 billion, and exported goods worth $3.2 billion.
This was reported by the State Customs Service.
At the same time, taxed imports amounted to $4.4 billion, which is 66% of the total volume of imported goods.
The countries from which the most goods were imported to Ukraine: China - $1.9 billion, Turkey - $703 million, Poland - $623 million.
The most exported goods from Ukraine were to: Poland - $358 million, Turkey - $276 million, Italy - $232 million.
In the total volume of goods imported in January 2026, 69% were the following categories of goods:
machinery, equipment and transport - $2.7 billion;
fuel and energy - $1.1 billion;
chemical industry products – $869 million.
The top three most exported goods from Ukraine included:
food products – $2 billion;
metals and products made of them – $286 million;
machinery, equipment and transport – $253 million.
In January 2026, UAH 187.1 million was paid to the budget during customs clearance of exports of goods subject to export duty.
