Ukrainian business received 1.5 billion UAH of affordable loans per week

Over the past week, 650 preferential loans totaling 1.5 billion UAH were issued to entrepreneurs under the state program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%". More than two-thirds of these funds (1.1 billion UAH) were provided by state banks. The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine reports.
In total, since the beginning of 2025, 20,063 loans for 59.4 billion UAH have already been issued under this program. Since the full-scale invasion, almost 90 thousand loan agreements have been concluded for over 335 billion UAH.

These funds were directed to various needs, including:financing working capital; investments in development; lending to the agricultural sector and product processing; supporting businesses in high military risk zones.
The program is implemented by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund, which cooperates with 46 Ukrainian banks. The state continues to provide compensation payments for these loans.
